LAURENCE A. BERG has been associated with the Shifman and Carlson law firm since 1990. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his Juris Doctor degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology - Chicago Kent College, he spent some years engaged in a practice which included substantial real estate and construction law transactions and litigation.
Mr. Berg also has nearly 20 years of public sector representation with the Shifman and Carlson firm. He has been actively involved in probate litigation in recent years as well as business law transactions, complementing his experience in public sector contracting and general public sector representation. |
